1. Shipping Coverage
India: We ship across most pin codes in India via trusted courier partners.
International: (Currently not available) If available, duties and taxes are borne by the recipient (see “International Shipping” below).
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation.
Business hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:00 IST (excluding public holidays).
Cut-off time: Orders placed after 12:00 IST are processed for the next business day.
Preorders / -Made- to-order-: Refer to the product page for specific timelines.
3. Delivery Timelines (India)
Metro cities: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Tier-2/3 cities: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Remote/Out station -d-elivery areas: 5–10 business days; service may be limited.
Note: Delivery times are estimates. Weather, holidays, courier constraints, and unforeseen events can cause delays.
4. Shipping Fees
Standard shipping (India): ₹ 80/- + GST per order.
Free shipping: On orders above ₹ 1000/- based on pin code.
COD handling fee: ₹ 65/- (if applicable).
Remote area surcharge: May apply for certain pin codes; you’ll be notified at checkout.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) [If offered]
Eligibility: Available for select pin codes and order values up to ₹ 1000/-.
Verification: We may contact you to verify COD orders. Unverified COD orders may be cancelled.
Exact amount: Please keep exact cash ready; the courier may not carry change.
Non-acceptance: Refusing a COD delivery may restrict future COD orders.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email/SMS with your tracking number and courier name.
Use the link provided or visit the courier’s website to track live status.
If tracking doesn’t update within 24–48 hours, reach out to us with your order ID.
7. Address Changes & Order Cancellations
Address changes: Allowed before dispatch. Contact support quickly with the correct details.
After dispatch: Address changes are subject to courier approval and may incur a fee.
Cancellation: Possible only before dispatch. Once shipped, please follow the Return & Refund Policy.
8. Undeliverable or Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable recipient, or repeated refusal:
The shipment may be returned to us.
Reshipment can be arranged at the buyer’s cost (shipping + any applicable fees).
For prepaid orders, a restocking/shipping fee may be deducted from any refund per our Return & Refund Policy.
9. Damaged, Lost, or Tampered Parcels
On delivery: If the package appears damaged or tampered, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately.
After delivery: Report any damage/shortage within 48 hours with photos/video of the parcel and product, plus the outer packaging and label.
Resolution: We’ll investigate the courier. A replacement or refund is provided per our Return & Refund Policy once the claim is validated.
10. International Shipping [If applicable]
Duties & taxes: Local customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees are payable by the recipient at the destination.
Delivery times: Typically, 7–15 business days after dispatching, subject to customs clearance.
Returns: International returns may have different processes/fees; refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
11. Multiple Items & Split Shipments
Orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate parcels for faster delivery.
You’ll receive tracking details for each parcel.
12. Holidays, Strikes & Force Majeure
Dispatch and delivery may be delayed on national/state holidays, during courier strikes, extreme weather, or other events beyond our control.
We’ll keep you updated by email/SMS when possible.
13. Ownership & Risk
For prepaid orders, risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.
We will assist in courier claims for lost/damaged shipments per Section 9.
