How do I know which size to order?

Please refer to our Size Guide available on each product page. If you are between sizes, we recommend going one size up for a more relaxed fit, unless stated otherwise in the product description. 

Are the colors of the products exact?

We do our best to display colors as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly due to:

How long will my order take to arrive?

Estimated delivery times:

Standard delivery: 3 – 7 business days

Express delivery: 1 – 3 business days

These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, holidays, or unforeseen events.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a tracking link. You can also track your order by logging into your AFFORD account and looking at your order details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major payment methods such as:

Credit/debit cards (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), UPI, Net Banking.

All available payment options will appear at checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Your card information is processed through a secure payment gateway and transmitted using strong encryption. AFFORD does not store your full credit/debit card details on our servers.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 2 - 4 days from the date of delivery, provided that: 

Items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition 

Tags and labels are still attached 

Items are returned with the original packaging (where possible)

Some items may be non-returnable for hygiene or other reasons (e.g., undergarments, customized items). These will be clearly indicated on the product page.

How do I request a return or exchange?

To request a return or exchange:

Contact us at support@theafford.in with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping address or label. 

Pack the item(s) securely and send them back as instructed.

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange according to our policy.

Do you offer free returns?

Return shipping costs depend on your location and the reason for the return. Please check our Return Policy page or contact us for details on whether return shipping is free or chargeable in your area.

When will I receive my refund?

After we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method 

Processing usually takes 7 – 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed. 

Order Changes & Cancellations 

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We start processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations may only be possible within a short time frame after your order is placed.

How do I care for my AFFORD apparel?

Each product comes with care-instructions on the label. As general guidance:

Wash similar colors together

Follow the recommended temperature and cycle settings

Avoid bleach unless the label states it is safe 

Air dry or tumble dry on low if permitted

Will an item be re-stocked if it’s sold out?

Some popular items may be re-stocked, while others are limited runs. If a product is sold out:
