Welcome to AFFORD, a fashion brand offering affordable, trendy, and quality apparel for young urban professionals and millennials. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility for Return
- Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video as proof. We need a continuous 360-degree video from the courier cover opening till the end where you have to show the damaged area clearly. The video should be continuous; there should not be any cuts or trims. We will not accept if you don't show the product damage properly or if the video is not continuous.
2. Return Process
- To request a return, customers can contact our support team with their Order ID and issue details.
- Once approved, the product must be sent back in its original packaging.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method.
- Shipping or convenience charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
- Exchange is possible only for defective or wrong products, subject to availability.
